Returns & Refund Policy

At Bohemeo, operated by Ashwamedh Solutions, we want you to love what you bring home. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse after delivery

As many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, weave, size, or texture are natural and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the product and packaging

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at no additional cost

Return Process

  • Email us at bohemeo.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges unless the product is received damaged or defective.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible
