  • During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, where available.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Bohemeo and Ashwamedh Solutions are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been handed over for shipment.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Bohemeo is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • In the event of repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the parcel.

  • If the item inside is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability is subject to location, courier serviceability, and order value.

  • Bohemeo reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or high-value orders.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Bohemeo ships within India only.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.
